Good Friday morning! Another hot and humid day is in store however, highs will only make it into the upper 80s and lower 90s due to the clouds and showers around. Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected this afternoon with some containing very heavy downpours. During the evening hours, we will see those showers and storms slowly fade away but we will still hang on to a chance at a shower or two during the late evening and early overnight hours. Lows tonight will be in the mid 70s.
For Saturday, more of the same is expected with scattered to numerous showers and storms during the afternoon and into the early evening hours. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s.

On Sunday, scattered showers and storms are still expected with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s once again. However, the overall coverage of the showers and storms should be a bit less than what it will be Saturday.

Heading into next week, things take a turn towards the hot category! Highs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be in the mid to possibly upper 90s along with heat index values in the 105-110 range, possibly even higher! Be sure to keep that in mind if you have or are wanting to make any outdoor plans during next week and take those heat precautions.
Rain chances next week will be going down with only isolated showers and storms possible on Wednesday and Thursday.

Have a great Friday and weekend!
