If you have a busy week ahead- at least you do not have the weather to worry about for the next several days. Each day will pretty much be the same this week. Highs in the 70s or 80s, while we stay dry aside from very minimal rain chances AT BEST. This afternoon will be nice and pleasant, with highs in the upper 70s.
High pressure stays nearby for most of the week. A dry cold front will move through the Tennessee Valley mid-week, dropping afternoon high temps from the mid 80s Wednesday to the low 80s by Thursday. So yeah, not even a cold front will bring much of a change to our weather here in the region.
An additional frontal system will approach the Tennessee Valley by Friday. Some computer models are holding out some last bits of moisture in our area, but I’m not so convinced any moisture will make it to us this far east. That being said, I added a 10% chance of a shower for Friday, but again, it’s not looking likely.
