Rain and Storms Continue Today…Rain Chances Trend Down Towards End of the Week…

Good Tuesday afternoon! Another day of showers and storms is expected today with the bulk of the activity during the afternoon and evening hours. A few of the storms could be strong with gusty winds and heavy rain, but widespread severe weather is not anticipated. A severe storm is not out of the question with some instances of damaging winds. With all the clouds around today, highs will remain in the mid and upper 70s.

Tonight, showers and storms gradually come to an end but an isolated shower will remain possible during the overnight hours. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s.

Heading into the latter part of the week, showers and storm chances tick back up with widespread activity expected on Thursday. Some strong storms are possible but widespread severe weather is not expected at this time. Highs going into the end of the week will be in the mid and upper 70s to near 80, and lows in the 60s.

For the upcoming weekend, there is some good news! Very little if any rain chances occur on Saturday with mostly sunny skies expected! Highs will be around 80 degrees. On Sunday, we do see some scattered shower and storm potential, but at the moment, things look scattered and not overly widespread. Going into next week, we do see an increase in our temperatures with more mid 80s on Monday.

Have a great rest of your Tuesday!
