Good morning! Today is going to be the coolest day out of the next several, so brace yourself for a warm up. Clouds increase today with winds out of the south helping us to reach the mid to upper 50s this afternoon. We will have spotty showers around, which will be enough to have you grab the rain gear before you head out the door. However, rain chances are minimal.

Spotty showers will be around for the next few days, including Tuesday and Christmas Eve. Again, it’s not plan-ruining rain but something to keep in mind. Since this will be the extent of precip for the next several days, we can safely say that travel plans should be unaffected by weather through the first half of the weekend.
CHRISTMAS EVE: Partly to mostly cloudy with isolated spotty light rain showers. Highs will be in the lower 70s, with lows overnight in the mid 50s.
CHRISTMAS DAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy with the smallest chance of a stray rain shower. Highs will be in the lower 70s, with overnight lows in the mid 50s.

Temperatures stay warm for most of the week until a cold front this weekend brings us colder air. Details on that frontal system and how much cooler we will get remain uncertain, but there’s a pretty good signal for a colder start to next week, compared to this week.
