Bouncing temps but quiet weather next few days. Warmer next week!

After a run at milder temperatures and some rain yesterday, we have been back to chilly weather on this Wednesday as clouds have stuck around. That will continue into tonight with clouds only gradually beginning to break up. Overnight lows will be colder, into the low to mid 20s. We return to partial sunshine on Thursday, but clouds will still hang around some. Daytime highs tomorrow will range from the upper 30s to the lower 40s.

We’re back to sunshine and a west to southwesterly wind on Friday, and that allows us to briefly jump into the mid/upper 50s on Friday. We have another quick hitting cold front that brings us back to the upper 40s on Saturday, and then it’s sustained warmer temperatures from there. We’re into the upper 50s by Sunday and into the mid to upper 60s the first half to middle part of next week. Some folks in north Alabama might even make the lower 70s by next Wednesday based on the latest data. That will come with an increase in clouds, southerly winds, and a few scattered showers by Tuesday into Wednesday of next week.
